We have 644 tow trucks operating out of 113 yards roaming nationwide waiting to pick up your vehicle donation. Each of our tow trucks is at least 40 feet long and can carry over 12 tons. If you call us very early in the morning we can sometimes pick up your vehicle the same day! If you call us before noon Eastern time we can usually pick up your vehicle the next day.

Q: What can I donate?
A: We accept cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats and motor homes.  Cars, trucks and motorcycles do not need to be in running order.  Motor homes and boats must be dropped off at the nearest facility.  [back to the top]

A: Your vehicle will be towed away by our vehicle donation service at your convenience.  Our towing company will contact you to authorize the pick up. Q: What do I need to donate my vehicle?

Q: How much of the money goes to charity?

A: 100% of the money goes to Center for Living and Learning. We are a charity ourselves.  We provide  transition to work programs for individuals with barriers to employment transitioning from rehabilitation to independent living.  Our apprentices included individuals in recovery, youth at risk, chronically unemployed, individuals on welfare, and those with no job experience.  We also have a job search preparation program to assist individuals that fall into the above categories that we are not able to accept into our transition to work program.  Furthermore, we support various charities through cash contributions. Q: How will the value of my donation be determined?

In  A: In 2005, if the claimed value of the donated motor vehicle exceeds $500 and the vehicle is sold by the charitable organization, the tax payer is limited to the gross proceeds from the sale for his deduction.   [back to the top]

 
Q: I have paid off my vehicle, but I still have a lien listed on the title.  Can I still donate it?
